Pedro Neto has praised Estevao Willian and revealed one thing the youngster does behind the scenes which he really likes.
Estevao has impressed since arriving from Palmeiras after the Club World Cup, although a deal worth up to £51.4m was agreed in summer 2024.

The 18-year-old has hit the ground running at Stamford Bridge and has five goals in all competitions including three in the Champions League.
Pedro Neto impressed by Estevao
Estevao missed games against Cardiff and Newcastle with injury, but was back in the starting line-up for Tuesday’s draw with Bournemouth, where he put in an impressive performance.
The Brazil international has rightly earned praise for his performances, and fans get excited when he’s got the ball at his feet.

Previous Chelsea boss Enzo Maresca admitted he felt lucky to manage Estevao, and it will be interesting to see if he gets more game time under the next manager.

Estevao is competing for a place on the right with Neto, and the Portugal international has revealed he’s been impressed by his maturity.
“When he came, we saw he was special,” he told Sky Sports.
“But the thing about him that I used to say, maybe the youngsters and I was a little bit in that generation.
“Sometimes the youngsters, they don’t like at times to hear some stuff.
“But what I like about him is that every time he’s open to hear stuff to learn, and he’s always happy and that’s a thing that I like a lot is that you can see that he’s a kid that just wants to play football.”

Whilst Estevao continues to impressive Chelsea have another talented young winger arriving in the summer in the form of Geovany Quenada.

The Blues agreed a deal to sign the teenager last year, and he will join once the current season has finished to add more competition in the wide areas.
Quenda is currently injured, but is highly regarded, and is expected to go straight into the first team squad and compete for minutes.
