The Atlanta Falcons defeated the Los Angeles Rams in Week 18, and in doing so, hurt the Rams' 2026 NFL draft positioning. The two teams pulled off a draft day trade in 2025, with the Falcons sending their 2026 first-rounder to Los Angeles to move up for James Pearce Jr.
That pick now sits at 12th overall following Atlanta's 27-24 victory over Los Angeles on Monday Night Football.

Falcons rookie Xavier Watts, who was selected with a pick acquired in the Rams trade, intercepted Matthew Stafford twice in Week 18. The former Notre Dame standout now leads all rookies with five interceptions this season.
